I'm not usually a big fan of WaPo because of their tendency to lean right at times, but this article is too good not to share. There are great resources for useful apps and good, practical advice on your rights when it comes to recording the police.
I personally highly recommend any Black person to have a dash cam in their car. I'm white and I'm still afraid of the cops we have on the job these days.
