I love, love, love this product. The velvety cream has a subtle scent and comes contained in a beautiful, black sphere. I use it for night creme and for dry, winter days. It leaves my face moisturized and glowing. I like it a lot better than the Erno Laszlo product I use to use and is much easier on my pocketbook. I especially enjoy seeing it on my dresser.

Wow. High praise. So let's take a good hard look at this miracle anti aging cream. Okay, so there's no such thing as a miracle anti aging cream and anyone who comes at you with that bullshit is not your friend. But, let's get real and see what's so skin and budget loving about this stuff. That review was taken directly from my online Avon shop and submitted by a verified buyer, an actual customer, a real person just like you and me. Not a paid celebrity endorsement. Not some twenty something TikTok twatwaffle. Nice.

According to Avon, best selling Anew Ultimate Supreme Advanced Performance Crème is the ultimate supreme skin care indulgence. This advanced performance crème dramatically improves visible signs of aging. Infused with Tahitian Black Pearl Extract, known to enhance skin’s ability to retain moisture, and their highest-level Celluvive anti-aging complex, this luxurious yet lightweight night crème helps repair the look of all visible signs of aging* while immersing skin in radiance.  

*Based on a clinical study and consumer-perception studies.

Cool. What's in it? Fortunately, Avon gives you full ingredient lists for all their skincare products so you don't wind up with any nasty surprises with anything you might be sensitive to and just looking to avoid. So, here it is and I gotta say at first glance some of that looks like chemical glop, but just remember they use the technical, scientific names. Some of that might be rose pets or some shit. Look it up if you're unsure and do your own research.

Ingredients: WATER/EAU, DIMETHICONE, GLYCERIN, TRISILOXANE, GLYCOLIC ACID, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, DIGLYCERIN, METHYL METHACRYLATE CROSSPOLYMER, AMMONIUM HYDROXIDE, HYDROGENATED POLYISOBUTENE, PEG/PPG-19/19 DIMETHICONE, DIMETHICONE/VINYL DIMETHICONE CROSSPOLYMER, PHYTOL, THIODIPROPIONIC ACID, PHENOXYETHANOL, DISODIUM EDTA, POLYGLYCERIN-3, FRAGRANCE/PARFUM, TILIACORA TRIANDRA LEAF/VINE EXTRACT, VITIS VINIFERA (GRAPE) FRUIT CELL EXTRACT, MALTODEXTRIN, THIAZOLYLALANINE, HYDROLYZED PEARL, TRIETHOXYCAPRYLYLSILANE, ISOMALT, POLYMETHYLSILSESQUIOXANE, ISOPROPYL TITANIUM TRIISOSTEARATE, TRIETHOXYSILYLETHYL POLYDIMETHYLSILOXYETHYL DIMETHICONE, LECITHIN, GOLD, MICA, TITANIUM DIOXIDE, IRON OXIDES.

What's probably more important is what they chose to leave out.

And the really good stuff they chose to put in.

KEY INGREDIENTS  

• Black Pearl Extract – Born in the exotic waters of Tahiti, the black pearl is known to improve skin's ability to retain moisture. 

• Celluvive Complex – Enriched with Tilacora Leaf extract, a South-East Asian botanical known for its healing properties. The formula helps visibly diminish key signs of aging. You‘ll see smoother texture, more even tone, diminished wrinkles, with firmness, elasticity and youthful volume restored. I believe Celluvive Complex is Avon's own proprietary, clinically proven thing but I won't swear to that. I do know they partner with some of the leading Korean beauty and skincare experts to create a lot of their own goodies just for you.

So, what can you expect from this stuff? Let's take a look at benefits. Avon doesn't make promises they can't back up with clinical studies and user trials. They'd get their asses sued off.

Have I tried it? No. Keeping it real. It's out of my budget even though it's incredibly reasonably priced. Check the site for the current price which reflects the extra 20% off everything I always give all my Avon clients because I'm such a great guy, no matter what Bluesky moderation says. I'm waiting for them to offer samples and then I'll let you know my personal experience with it. In the meantime, the reviews on the site are overall awesome, so do dig into those when you get a chance. Just scroll down on any of their products to see the reviews. I like that they include the good, the bad and the ugly. No shame in their game. You can't please everybody.

How to use

In PM, after you’ve applied eye cream, apply this moisturizer on a cleansed, dry face, neck and décolletage. This moisturizer can be used with any Anew regimen. Anew is great stuff. It's what I use. Various products as I can afford them or grab samples and I swear by the line. Everything I've tried has been awesome.

According to Avon, ANEW products are inspired by 50 years of biology research, Anew has been helping women (hey, and MEN!) visibly transform their skin with highly effective anti-aging formulas designed to meet the skin care needs of all ages, from beginning skin care to prevention to reversing signs of aging.

Bottom line? Grab it if you can. Let us know how it works for YOU. That's all that matters. Side note. If/when I can get some for myself I'm saving that jar after I use it up. Too cute for a little jewelry box or trinket holder.

First off, I like the scent! I love how velvety smooth this cream makes my skin! I am 37, no wrinkles yet people often think I am much younger. I believe this comes from years of using Avon products!

I bet she's also rocking Avon makeup. Lookin' good!
